Each moment

On may 15, 1982 Sika celebrated her first birthday.

It is June 2020 already.
Oh what short life!
Truly, before we know it, life is behind us.
In her twenties, she thought she had all the time in the world
To accomplish her goals.
But before she knew it
She hit her thirties.
Losing the time and chances she once had.
Do you wish to have fewer regrets looking back?
Make every day of your life count.
Make each moment count.

_I read an article and I think this lesson is worth sharing. Thanks for reading.

… without fail.

Could it be that Someone somewhere cares so much for me? Do I know how much God loves me?
To grow in understanding how perfectly loved I am by my Father in heaven. To understand why He loves me.

Though I am still Theodora. He demonstrated His love for me when I had nothing to offer Him but my brokenness, my shame, my sins, and my disqualifications! My wrong thoughts, lies, cheat, and hate!

Yet He accepts me anyway. He chose me. He doesn’t look at me and see my dents; but to see Jesus’ perfection. Oh what perfect love! A love with such an unfathomable intensity. Not just a love that people toss around. The kind of love that gives itself for others!  God’s love without conditions!

He so Loved me that today, I can boldly come to His throne of grace. He loves me without fail. He thought I was worth dying for. He paid the highest price possible so He could call me His own. A payment that cannot be revoked. I am His child.

I am so deeply loved and cared for; and so are You! Thinking of this, my heart swells with intense emotion. So thankful Yahweh.

Dear child,

Your ears are open, but none hears. I told you everyday, but you did not listen. You have refused to pay attention. You have stiffened your neck, and turned a stubborn shoulder and stopped your ears from hearing.

You have seen many things, but you do not observe them. I have showed you in a thousand ways, but you have closed your eyes, otherwise you would see.

Why have you become dull of hearing? Why do you ignore me? Why do you seem too busy to listen? How loudly must I whisper again?

1Ch 4:9-10 KJV9 And Jabez was more honourable than his brethren: and his mother called his name Jabez, saying, Because I bare him with sorrow. 10 And Jabez called on the God of Israel, saying, Oh that thou wouldest bless me indeed, and enlarge my coast, and that thine hand might be with me, and that thou wouldest keep me from evil, that it may not grieve me! And God granted him that which he requested.

Oh Lord, increase and enlarge the favor, wisdom, abilities and opportunities for the growth I currently have to a whole new level. I ask for divine wisdom to protect me from making unwise decisions that will lead to painful consequences.

The cup of salvation

12  What will I give to the LORD for all his benefits toward me? 13  I will take the cup of salvation, and call on the name of the LORD __ Psalm 196:12-13

There’s power in the blood. There’s protection in the blood. There’s provision in the blood. There’s salvation in the blood. The cup of salvation is our Thanksgiving to the Lord _ for keeping us.

God bless us all.

No medicine??

“For this is what the LORD says: ‘Your injury won’t heal; your wound is severe.

There is no one to plead your cause. There is no medicine for your sore; no healing for you.

All your lovers have forgotten you; they don’t seek you. Indeed, I’ve struck you down with the blow of an enemy, with the punishment of a cruel foe because your wickedness is great, and your sins are numerous.

Why do you cry out because of your injury? Your wound won’t heal. Because your wickedness is severe, and your sins are numerous, I’ve done all these things to you.

In addition, all who devour you will be devoured, and all your oppressors—all of them— will go into captivity. Those who plunder you will become plunder, and all who spoil you will become spoil.

Indeed, I’ll bring you healing, and I’ll heal you of your wounds,’ declares the LORD, ‘because they have called you an outcast and have said, “It is Zion, no one cares for her!”’”

“This is what the LORD says: ‘I’m going to restore the fortunes of the tents of Jacob and have compassion on his dwellings. A city will be rebuilt on its ruins and a palace will sit on its rightful place.

Thanksgiving and the sounds of laughter will come out of them. I’ll cause them to increase in numbers and not decrease. I’ll honor them and not make them insignificant.

__Jeremiah 30:12-19

Thanksgiving brings wholeness. Luk 22:19 NHEB He took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it, and gave to them, saying, “This is my body which is given for you. Do this in remembrance of me.”

The lamb of God

Rev 7:17 KJV For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.

We follow the Lamb. The Lamb that was slain. The Lamb of God. We follow the news of the word of God__ not the news of the world. We’re being led unto the living fountains of life. We’re being led into life eternal.
