YOU ARE THE REASON I AM.

You comfort me when I’m mourning. You have shown me mercy. You took my weaknesses and carried my diseases. You say Your word and I am healed. I was weary and burdened but You gave me rest. What could I have accomplished apart from You?

You did not abandon me as an orphan. You have chosen and appointed me. You died to put away all my sins. On the cross, You said ” It is completed!” You have declared me righteous by faith through Your blood. You have reconciled me, through your death to present me holy, without blemish, and blameless before God.

I am made alive together with Christ. By Your grace, I am saved! I, who hungered and thirsted for righteousness – I am satisfied. You have called me a friend. I am no longer a slave, but a son. Also an hier in God. I have seen You, and I have life.

I have courage in this world of trouble and suffering because You have conquered the world. You keep me safe from the evil one. You teach me how to live – not as unwise, but wise. You said, “I will never leave you” and that You will supply my every need according to Your glorious riches in Christ Jesus.

I am so grateful to the one who has strengthened me, Christ Jesus our LORD.

You are all the reason.
